Better than

Hi friends,

I am feeling the pain of living in a state with high gas prices - check out my latest gas pump:

Yikes!! I do have a truck, so that doesn’t help, but still, gas is out of control here in California and is often $2.00 more per gallon that other states. We have high gas taxes (along with all the other taxes) and they mandate a certain earth-friendly summer blend of gas, which costs more to make. Add in the fact that rent and wages are high, which has to be recouped by the gas station owners, and you have a big pain at the pump.

I guess a high price is better than having to give my left arm or my firstborn child…
