CAN YOU SEE IT???
Right, for this post I would like to try a "can you spot it?" theme. In some of these pictures I did not even notice until after I viewed the pictures on my PC, in others it was obvious from the start, but lets see if you can spot why some animals seem to appear abnormally nervous in some of my pictures (and in some - why they should be acting nervous and are not - I would be if I were them!)
Right so starting you off with an easy one:
Here we see a few ducks, mostly not too perturbed and seemingly unaware of the protruding danger close by, that is of course except the two that are closest to the Crocodile who immediately turn to calculate the threat...
Swimming Elephants:
A crocodile can be a threat even to the largest mammals, and more particularly to their young. In this picture you can barely see the approaching crocodile, however the mother and another female of this heard became well aware of the lurking danger, and immediately enveloped the young calf between them as they started rearing out of the water.
A quick drink might get you killed:
This is a picture of some water-buck quenching their thirst on the banks of a river when one of them seemed to spot a strange looking log floating their way while the other continued drinking probably thinking "Ah, Bob's just being paranoid again, it is just a log..."
Nice day for fishing?
Right here you can see a Heron trying his luck at fishing, however not too far from him is a crock that states... this water bites back!
Ignorance is bliss!
(I seriously know some people like this!!!)
I guess that this little crock had enough to eat for the day, and water-birds arn't their favorite meal, but this bird.... DID NOT KNOW THAT and yet he just decided "blaagh, if its my time, its my time..." and pretended not to see the crock swimming by...
