RE: Condiment Creation - Dried Mango Chutney & Fermented Cabbage
I have been trying to explain to r0n about chutney - it is such a divine condiment, but he still cringes at the idea - I say how bad could it be if it has garlic and chili peppers in - right?

neither have I, before I decided to experiment myself :D I think you might be pleasantly surprised! I find that the mango chutney I make from the dried fruit ends up selling better than the ones I make

RE: Condiment Creation - Dried Mango Chutney & Fermented Cabbage
hahaha, Necessity teaches... I tried to give it a shot one day when I ran out of fresh mango, and I was very pleasantly surprised. No, we don't have a drying oven, we farm mango's and they get sent off

Absolutely - that is one thing that always comes to mind when I am working with seeds, I would catch myself staring at the seeds admiring the engineering that went into the design, transforming something

Thank you ever so much, yes, I never plant anything without thorough research on the ecological impact, it is not only through germination that dragon fruit spread, but more so through leave breakage -

That sounds quite refreshing - I have never tried that before. In fact the first time I tried any form of green papaya was the other night, my dad saw a thing on youtube about cooking it sugar and butter
