Welcome back to the world of algorithms and AI in the financial market!
Instead of analyzing hundreds or thousands of individual stocks and looking for specific titles, there is also the option to take a broader approach. ETFs have been well-established for many years and are widely used: the financial world packaged into thematic baskets—sometimes even available with leverage. This provides the perfect conditions for a custom market-tracking approach.
I took a look at the full list: around 4,600 ETFs are tradeable on Trade Republic. Of course, that doesn't mean all of these assets can be tracked meaningfully. Some of these ETFs are so small that there is simply no liquidity—much like with certain illiquid coins.
However, about 400 of these ETFs seem properly balanced. According to AI, they cover 100% of the market and can be traded smoothly thanks to sufficient trading volume.
Thanks to this analysis, it is currently very clear how capital is leaving the big AI bubble and fleeing into either dividend stocks or infrastructure projects with state participation. The cybersecurity sector is also right at the top of investors' lists—which is clearly confirmed by the current signals. Furthermore, we still have many neutral candidates that haven't broken out yet. The coming days promise to be extremely interesting. More on that in the next update!
Finally, a quick look at the Nasdaq 100 and today's election day in the US: The Nasdaq has delivered wonderful breakouts all the way from the very top to where we are now. Boredom has definitely left the markets, and signals are running smoothly again. From a continued rally to a crash, anything is possible right now. Whether we can reclaim the daily trigger today or if the new 12-hour PG pushes us further down—those questions will be answered by tomorrow at the latest.
