Fill with your Secretary of State a Doing Business filing.
I filed mine for $20. Its a legal process that anyone can do. Once you file one (and I suggest filing one for your kids as well) file your UCC-1 Financial Statement - again with the Sec of State NOTICE THIS IS YOUR INDIVIDUAL STATES SECRETARY, NOT THE PRESIDENTS Just go to your states webpage and search the business section. Or you can call the number and they can direct you.
