This idea has the potential of going either way but as of now it looks to be an incredible idea using some incredible technology. I will be very interested to see how this takes off, what positives have come from it and ultimately, what negatives. I am always reserved giving too much of myself to any government body - but I do see the allure. In 18 years since moving out I have signed my life away for everything. Jobs, utilities, rental agreements and everything in between. If this works the way they are trying to implement it then you could see a streamlining of very tenuous process.
