Shocker here. Another democratically controlled city that has fallen down the drain. I don't think its a matter of not having a plan, but rather not wanting to come up with a plan! The master plan has always been to destabilize and create the environment needed for civil unrest! I truly hope people wake up to these tactics before it is too late!
