2017 Year in Review - Tag Your Friends!

Hey fellow Steemians!

With all the negative that we see on television, online and in our lives, I'm sure we have plenty negative to say about 2017. But instead of dwelling on the negative lets all think of at least one thing that was positive this past year. I'll get us started! Here are some things that I did in 2017 that I'm happy to look back on and share with you...

• Launched 3 successful business ventures
• Spent 3 months traveling around Central and South America including stops in Costa Rica, Panama, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Ecuador (Galapagos Islands), and Peru.
• Went on two separate roadtrips. The first went up through Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana and Idaho with stops in Telluride, Colorado... Jackson Hole, Wyoming... Moab, Utah.. and Yellowstone National Park. The second trip took us through El Paso, Texas, Las Cruces, New Mexico, and Roswell, New Mexico. Both were incredible trips with their own unforgettable adventures.
• Walked across stage at my company's event in Orlando, Florida where I accepted an award for, not one, but two rank advancements.
• Saw John Mayor in Phoenix, AZ and Guns & Roses in Winston-Salem, NC. Both were equally awesome!
• Invested around $10,000 to start breeding ball pythons. This is something I've been passionate about for a while but just decided to pull the plug and make the commitment. I currently have 10 different morphs in my collection and that number is continually growing.
• Donated my time to volunteer in the Barta Billfish Tournament in Beaufort, NC. This fishing tournament has raised just shy of a million dollars for the Boys and Girls Club of Coastal Carolina. I had a lot of fun meeting the kids and the participants of this event.
• Was a groomsmen in my brother's wedding which took place in Princeton, New Jersey. My girlfriend and I, in true traveler fashion, also snuck a side-trip to New York City.
• Joined the Steemit Community which has been nothing short of amazing!! :)
• And so many more things that I'm probably leaving out
