I have a secret most people don't know about me. I love ASMR . ASMR or autonomous sensory meridian response is a term used to describe the tingling sensation you get when someone whispers in your ear. As a side project, I make ASMR videos sharing my favorite triggers for getting that tingling sensation that is both stimulating and relaxing.
A lot of people use ASMR videos to help them sleep as the tingling can help you stay present and focused on the sensations you're feeling instead of the many thoughts we worry about late at night. Some people even use ASMR videos to fill a lack of intimacy they might be feeling in their lives at the moment.
I know the first time you watch an ASMR video can feel a little weird. I get it. I still remember the first time I got tingles watching/listening to an ASMR video. Feeling both confused and relaxed by the experience. It's worth knowing about at the very least as it's a growing community on the internet and really does help a lot of people relax and sleep.
This video is one of my shorter ones and focuses on the most intense trigger in my opinion, ear eating. I find ear eating to be SUPER TINGLY so you're less likely to make it through the whole video and say to yourself "I didn't feel anything."
Enjoy and let me know what you think of ASMR :)
