A blunt instrument can do the most damage.
And when a payment processing organisation targets a country the people living there daya to day are the ones that suffer.
In fact those people have very little say other than voting every few years, as to what their (?) gov does.
Hopefully the US will see, or it will be bluntly pointed out, that imperialism is dead, and the banking cartel are finished.
If not perhaps the USA will be left on the scrap heap, they only count for 4% of the global population yet have more debt than most others, all to pay for their army & old fashioned 20th century war weapons & tactics.
