On request of US House rep the SEC head has confirmed that ETH is NOT a security.
Does that mean the SEC 'rules' don't apply?
Does that mean ETH is the only crypto that is not a security?
What about those that are similar in nature? When does the line get crossed.
Fortunately this last question is defined in law, known as the Howey test.
What does this mean for ETH?
Possibly not a lot, but what does it mean for the whole crypto industry could be huge, as it clarifies & removes some doubts.
