Can russia continue their ban on Crypto? At what point will individual countries realise that Crypto is more like gold or silver than fiat. It is not a domestic product, but rather an international one, traded on an international market place known as the internet.
But any movement in position by Russia, or India or Malaysia will be a big boost for global adoption of cryptos.
Even if just for trading without purchases ;-)
