After the launch of the Petro as a trading currency for oil, BP & others are now devising their own trading currency.

It seems that the US Dollar is under more pressure as a global currency.

If the world moves away from $US, what will that mean for the US economy, given the size of their current national debt?

Iran has already made deals with Russia to transact in either Rubbles or a new Russian national crypto.

Perhaps a change in global trading currency will see BTC or another crypto may become an international trading currency. It seems implausible that there would be many as that is the whole point of having a global standard, which was the UK pound until after WW2, when the US$ took the mantle.

Maybe a new gold backed crypto will become the standard.

Time will tell
