LocalBitCoins has been the market place for cryptos for some time now.
But a new player has entered the market.
It seems using flash coins they can be sent peer to peer, without the need for central exchanges.
Perhaps this is the beginnings of decentralisation, a simple app on each phone & one can pay a merchant or another person.
