So venture capitalists are to create their own blockchain to be used as part of their financial system.
To do so they raise capital to cover the costs of building it.
The question is how does this sit with the bodies of the cartel that have so far tried to limit or stop fundraising and the creation of crypto blockchains.
Perhaps these will be allowed since the cartel are backing them. One rule for some another for the rest?
