In a first the SEC seems to have bumped into a judiciary that is looking for more info
This is a good thing in one way, as the SEC has been very selectively targeting crypto companies.
But in another way this looks like the judiciary are trying to do the work of legislators.
Crypto is a new world and to lump it in with everything past, especially when the past was run by a banking cartel, seems to be shortsighted.
