For whatever reason the USA SEC seems to claim sovereignty globally in regards to the internet, blockchains and all manner of controls, from printing fake counterfeit currencies, global sanctions, warships control of media and many others.
Having only ~4% of the global population, they make lots of claims and impose many rules and regs globally.
After a run in with the SEC, KIK have launched what must be one of the most important crowd funding requests.
If KIK can literally kick the USA back in their box, inside the USA then we will all benefit.
Developers can iplement their amazing concepts, launch them globally, and we can all benefit.
