The ECB has plans to unify EU rules & regulations in regards to BTC and how it can be used & promoted.
They seem to be missing the point, that they have no control, nor does anyone, over a decentralised crypto.
Whatever rules they think they can impose, is based on their false assumption thet they somehow control the crypto market.
At this point the only control they exert is based on old rules that are no longer applicable, the Central banking model & the cartel that supports it are finished.
They have set a deadline of June for their new system of control, they move so slowly.
Maybe they don't know it yet, or maybe they do, but won't concede. It matters not.
The crypto genie is not going back in the bottle.
