A great divide seems to be opening up in regards to safe but centralised storage of crypto assets.
Some seem to be willing to do it, namely Fidelity, BitGo and Coinbase, yet the traditional financial storage companies like Sachs and Statestreet are holding off due to regulation requirements, although StateStreet released a statement the other day saying they would be providing a storage service
How is this possible? Why can some do it and not others? Are there different rules for some than others?
Time will tell
