Whiles the rest of the world gets on with the development of crypto for use in business as well as a money, the USA passes a strange bill.
It looks like they are trying to paint a bad picture of crypto as an underworld currency, when most people know criminals typically use suitcases or sometimes pallet loads of fiat cash.
But this bill which passed, may just backfire.
It calls for an investigation into sex and drug trafficking uses of crypto.
I'm sure if law enforcement knew about such activities, then they would already be under investigation.
And it would seem strange if such industries wanted to provide information on their use of crypto is they did use it.
Perhaps it will focus a lot of attention on those industries, and that is a good thing.
Meanwhile the USA falls further behind in the crypto race to support & develop the biggest change to the computing world, since well, ever.
