Those that follow, can probably see the game that the global banking cartel are playing in order to keep control of global 'money'. Via the SEC and the like they apply regulations as a form of control, because loosing control of 'money' will end their control of humanity globally.
The battle rages on with the SEC, and it seems that they won't support BTC etc until they have a way or means to control it.
It seems like they are trying to hold back the tide, if not a tsunami called crypto.
The wave front is now so big the cartel are pouring on the 'heat' / fight back via media, fake news, and crypto market sell downs and of course regulations, based on old world tech.
