When is an EFT & when is it something else.
Interesting questions for the SEC, as a new player in the game, proposes a mixed bag of crypto & fiat investment.
Given the size of the fund manager & the amount they have custody over, it will be interesting to see how the SEC respond.
In reality they don't have a lot of choice but to start approving some of these, else the USA is going to be left in the dust as the rest of the world starts to take up crypto not just in finance but in trade and other fields.
