Whilst global governments seem to fall into one of 2 camps, either supporting crypto of regulating against it, the fact that the blockchain is the new "operating system" of global tranasctions, means we will probably see more of thes uses.
The Thai government trial may lead the way in terms of 'contracts' or agreements being enforced, and of course the tax paid.
When Ohio passed laws allowing people to pay gov taxes with BTC, it raised the question, if a gov body accepts crypto as a currency, does that make crypto something that has monetary value. And if so does that mean the gov is supporting it as a "monetary" system. This raises lots of questions, globally about what BTC and crypto in general is.
It seems that they want it both ways.
