While the focus still remains on the 'money' side of crypto, farmers in Indonesia can now sell their data and earn rewards in crypto for doing so. The data can be then used to analyse farming trends, whiles giving back to the farmers for participating. A win-win situation, since over cropping can be an issue in regards to diseases, the data is of value.
Unlike other pre-blockchain data collection, where users gain nothing for thprovision of data, eg for advertising.
