I bring you all good tidings from a happy mind. It always makes me happy to write in the SpendHBD community and to share my joyful experiences with the distriator and Hive dollars.

Yesterday was yet another day to spend some hive dollars on groceries and to receive discounts while at it. I visited God's Own supermarket from my workplace when it was almost 8:00pm in the evening hoping to get some provisions I'll be needing at home.

On my way to the supermarket, I met a very good friend of mine and we spoke at length that I almost forgot that I had somewhere in mind to go to. Immediately we parted, I had to rush to God's Own supermarket hoping to meet them still open. I was pleased when I got there and they were still attending to customers, although they've closed their protectors for security reasons...

Since they've known me to be a customer for a while now, they let me enter. I sat down for a while to get some rest from the walk and afterwards went around to pick up the things I needed.

I picked some packets of noodles, bread, a milk drink, groundnut oil and a satchet of salt.

After I paid with my Hive keychain by scanning the QR invoice the business generated, I went to claim my discount from @thedistriator at distriator.com. I noticed a little change where I had to put in a detail, my Hive username before I could access the dashboard.

I was able to claim my discount successfully and distriator.bene helped in the broadcast. I claimed 0.981 HBD, a 25.00% claim of my purchase. I realised I'm still 17th in the leaderboard ranking, that means I have to do more atleast to make it to the top 10 list before the month runs down.

Did I forget to tell you that @thedistriator sent the cashback in less than 3 seconds? Because that was exactly what happened!!

After my transaction was completed, I decided to take a few pictures of the establishment and the goods they have on display and myself too.

And yeah, I cooked some of the noodles when I got home, I forgot to take some pictures of the food, I would have loved to share it too so you could see how bad a cook I am 🤣🤣. But you could actually join me for breakfast, I'm using the bread I bought to enjoy a cup of coffee 😊.

A SUGGESTION

I've always enjoyed my experiences in the @spendHBD community and have always made good use of this project . But I think that the SpendHBD community would be more fun and engaging if there are things like weekly prompts and contests too. Where spenders of Hive dollars get the opportunity to express their feelings so far since using their keychain to make purchases and claiming discounts from @thedistriator. They can write about their experiences whether it's anything they find fascinating so far or a challenge/difficulty they've encountered, write on how the distriator app can be improved to make it more user friendly, why they think spending hive dollars and getting cashbacks could be considered the best way to make purchases, and many other things related to Hive dollars.

(NB: This is my humble opinion as it's never opposed to any differing view)

In all, I love the SpendHBD community, and I'm confident that @thedistriator and his team knows the best way to run the community in the blockchian.
