This bottle tracks your water intake.
You can check the needed amount of water for you, by the integrated hydration calculator, according to your activities, sex, age etc.
If you connect your Fitbit account with the Thermos Smart Lid app, you can also see your hydration status real time, so it looks like a great way to check your hydration level.
This bottle also shows the temperature of your beverages.
Just information, this bottle does all of them by its smart lid.
