Well, got my pictures back today.
I'm underwhelmed.
Never again will I use a disposable camera for anything but up-close snaps. They were the only thing that came out halfway decent.
Plus, that went for $10. I got a CD with those pictures.
Whoop-T-Dew.
Twenty year ago, when i was a newswhore for a local paper, I used a Rite Aid's 1-hour photo for my pictures. It cost me exactly $7.41 for 24 prints. One hour.
Now, 24 prints, with a CD, delivered a week later. Ten dollars.
Not an improvement.
So, I'm soon going to be in the market for a digital camera, so I can do some decent content creation here.
I'll also need to scan and edit these prints. I hope to have them uploaded by the end of the weekend.
