If it’s not okay for small users to self-vote, then why is it acceptable for the whales to do the same? The double standard is glaring.

Take @buildawhale’s scam farm, for example: @buildawhale/comments. It’s essentially a system designed to exploit rewards through coordinated self-voting and bot activity. How is that fair to the rest of the community?

The hypocrisy is hard to ignore. If we’re going to hold smaller users accountable for self-voting, then the same rules must apply to everyone—especially those with outsized influence.

This isn’t about targeting anyone; it’s about fairness and integrity. The current system rewards manipulation instead of merit, and that needs to change.
