My dad wasn't afraid to do things on his own, but it was more function over form which has kind of carried down to me since I don't really have a creative bone in my body! No, it's a pretty fancy new high efficiency HVAC unit which runs on gas. The room is mostly unfinished though and it just kind of bugs me sometimes. I've had some unused outlets I've needed to cover for a while now. It's just little things here and there. We had a window pulled out of there a while ago and I put some drywall up and mudded over it, but I never repainted. Things like that.
