We are having the two layers of shingles that are up there stripped off and then a whole new roof put on. I was able to get it done for about $15,000 USD. The first quote was $26,000 though. Yeah, that flooring quote was for materials and labor. I'm scared to see what the window quote is going to be. We only have 7, but I think it will still be high.
