I had some not so great numbers when I went to the doctor this last time. I have been working on adjusting my portions to hopefully get a handle on them. It seems over the winter I let my self control kind of slide a bit. Our dog used to sit in the front window too while we were outside working. The only difference is she would howl like someone was murdering her. She had massive separation anxiety.
