I wouldn't curate content on other platforms, but I don't see a problem with it. My opinion is if they want to bleed STEEM dry and move those funds into HIVE to grow their account go for it. Every dollar sucked out of the legacy chain and pumped into ours is a win in my book. I used to do that when the fork first happened, but then I stopped when I realized I was risking getting downvoted for it. It's sad though because it was a nice bump for my HP at the time.
