Wow, that's awesome. You know, I don't do it often, but I have gotten some pretty rave reviews for ribs cooked in the instant pot. You can take them from frozen and throw them in the pressure cooker and have them done in like 30 minutes, then you throw them on the grill to finish them off and give them a bit of a char and they end up being so tender and people love them.
