One of my favorite things to do with AI art when it first started getting popular was putting song lyrics in and seeing what it could come up with, so I think this could really work out well for you. I can't give you much advice on the tech though. I'm in the process of plotting out the next part of my life and trying to readjust my expectations moving forward. It's rough.
