We have some pretty great cheese shops where I work. You will have to maybe check them out one day. That's horrible about your house. I am sorry to hear that. I respect your attitude though. I don't think I could take it that well. As big of a Google fanboy as I am, I don't think I would get a Nest if I had a smart thermometer. I have heard a lot of good things about the Ecobee. It doesn't surprise me that your relative who is a professional would choose that one.
