Absolutely ridiculous. It isn't like this is their first rodeo. Like you said, they should have prepared for this. I remember when school districts moved to all online testing for the state standardized test. It was a crap show the first year, but then they fixed it and by the second year, it was smooth sailing. Four years is more than enough time!
