Hi ! A short post about a 6 Axis Robot that I follow since a while, his creator is going to launch a Kickstarter campaign.
The first iterations were made with 3D Printers, the last one is implemented in Aluminium.
Repeatability: 0.8mm with a test load of 1.9Kg.
The robot is opensource and all CAD that can be 3D Printed are available too, it is using an Arduino (firmware opensource), and the tool to program it also:
