Application that I used is Adobe Illustrator , and below is my composing process.
As always! Starting from the head, so for this victor artwork I only used the Gradient Tools first,
Well, at first its enjoying tracing...
But when you see the progress you feel so excited for the coming output,
Note, its not easy as you think, you need to do this with pattern, and be careful for those excess victor lines to have the perfect body shape.
Finally we are done tracing the whole dude...
Now it's time to give him details, by changing every Gradient into its proper tone.
I changed his color so many times,
Changed again.. HAHA
Until I finally satisfied, not so close to the original color but I think this is enough...
Then I put some highlights...
In this panel I'm trying to create the icy mountain background,
Ohhhh yessss....
I created a copy of the whole Torhilo to create a glowing effect..
This is the outline view., so many layer as can you see..
And then, tadahhhh... Torhilo the Frozen..
