Dividend increase
First good news came in last week on Thursday: McDonald鈥檚 increases its dividend by +6%, now doing a quarterly cash payout of $1.77 per share. That鈥檚 a dividend yield of about 2.2% on the current price per share.
It鈥檚 now the 48th year in a row that McD increases its dividend, soon reaching half a century. A strong history of capital return to shareholders.
Fresh ATH
On Friday the stock reached a fresh ATH, trading at $306 intraday. This is a buy signal and bullish for $MCD.
