Picasso is once again not feeling so well. If you have read some of my previous posts about Picasso, you might remember that she has had some health issues before.
This time, she got into a fight with a big male cat.The evil cat attacked poor Picasso when she was sleeping in our backyard. Luckily we were home and could break up the fight immediately. At first Picasso looked fine, but then we realized she had a nasty wound in one of her back legs.
Let me out!
We went to the veterinary and she said that the wound was so deep that it had to be stitched up. She got three stitches and a bottle of antibiotics.
This means that she now has to wear a cat cone and stay indoors for 10 days... 10 DAYS! This is going to be a long week and a half!
She hates that cone so much, and I understand 100 % why!
Right now, we are on the seventh day and it hasn't been easy either for us or her.
Many sleepless nights...and exhausting days.
Can't wait to let her go outdoors next Wednesday!
