It's the first Saturday, well, Monday of 2025, and it's time to kick off the year with my first Saturday Savers Update! Last week, I outlined some ambitious goals for 2025, and today, I鈥檒l share my progress, my starting points, and how I鈥檓 tracking against my new targets.
馃殌 Looking Ahead to 2025 - My Goals
Hive Power (HP):
Target: 15,000 HP
This is double my 2024 goal and requires a significant effort: an increase of 7500 HP this year.
With my current average weekly growth of 93 HP, I鈥檓 on track for 4500 HP/year鈥攂ut I鈥檓 challenging myself to aim for ~145 HP/week to hit this target.
Layer 2 Growth:
EDSI: 250 EDSI (currently 25)
Update: Replacing my DRIP goal with this, as it aligns better with my overall strategy, after the recent developments on the DRIP side.
BBHO: 10,000 BBHO (currently 2881)
BXT: 500 BXT (currently 192)
LEO: 500 LEO (currently 200)
Why LEO? It鈥檚 a valuable long-term investment, and I鈥檓 prioritizing growing my stake.
HBD Growth:
Target: Continue building my HBD savings, but keep the main focus on HP and Layer 2 token investments. HBD will be mainly growing by the interests it pays, and should reach the old goal on its own.

HP Last Week: 7906 HP
HP This Week: 8090 HP

Target Minimum Weekly Increase: +145 HP
Performance:+39 HP over target! 馃殌
This strong start puts me ahead of my weekly target for reaching 15,000 HP by the end of 2025. I鈥檝e powered up significantly this week using both earnings and token conversions, which has boosted my progress.
馃獧 Token Activity This Week
EDSI Growth: Began working toward my 250 EDSI goal by maintaining focus on growth in this area, mainly by converting HBD to EDSD, which will grow my EDSI.
BBHO: Increased holdings to 2881 BBHO as part of my continued Layer 2 focus.
BXT & LEO: While no significant changes this week, I鈥檓 planning to allocate more resources to these tokens in the coming weeks, especially towards BXT as a starter.
馃摑 Plans for Next Week
Spreadsheet Progress Tracker:
I鈥檓 still working on setting up a detailed tracking spreadsheet for 2025 to visualize my progress and make adjustments as needed.
Hoping to have it ready by next Saturday Savers update!
Growth Decision:
I鈥檒l continue monitoring opportunities to grow my HBD savings while balancing Layer 2 and Hive Power investments.
Layer 2 Expansion:
Focus on accumulating more BBHO, EDSI, and LEO in particular.
Hive Development:
Our bots need some love, both from development side, to reduce comment spamming, and from user side, as they've been downvoted, and a lot of upvotes would be welcome ;-)
Other: I have quite a few other ideas for new developments in my sleeve! Time is the only enemy here.
馃弫 Final Thoughts
This year, I鈥檓 aiming higher than ever. The goals are ambitious, but with consistency, strategic planning, and community support, I鈥檓 confident in my ability to reach them.
