I woke up faraway from home, as a blind creature with three hands and no brain. I wandered through the dark until exhaustion, then fell asleep and reappeared in my bed, shaped as myself again, hoping that this is the only possible reality.
He, he ... I didn't actually ... but this seemed like a nice overture to the artwork. I made this some years ago, about 7 or so. It's a combination of hand drawing, watercolor painting and photography, all finally merged together in Photoshop. I purposely did the merging clumsy and unrefined. Didn't want to make another photo montage but something that resembles more traditional artwork and emphasizes the sketchy drawing ... and I wanted it to be a bit ugly :D, depressing and nihilistic.
That's it ... I don't know what else to say ... hope that the enlargeable image itself will be able to tell some stories, or you'll find some inside the picture. As always in these posts on HIVE, all the artwork and photography, is entirely, in all segments, made by me.
