Whoever holds the weapons?

If there is a secret US base with nuclear weapons there somewhere in Ukraine - do you think the Pentagon is OK with it being damaged by Russian fire, never mind falling into the Russian hands?

If the Ukrainian military is in control of a nuclear weapon - wouldn't you think they would make that fact known?
