A masked attacker armed with a knife entered a kindergarten in South-East China and committed a mass atrocity where 3 people died in a number of others were wounded. Gun control is very strict in China, and firearms are in general extremely hard to get, in practical terms,to the best of my knowledge. But, once again, an evil person found a way to perpetrate an evil violent act without an evil gun.
So once again - guns don't kill, typically - it takes a trigger puller to pull the trigger. And when there is no trigger to pull, then there is a blade to swing or a car to ram people with or a million other potential implements of violence one can get access to.
