Casper the dog

A month ago, on 3 November Casper and Daisy, his companion dog, ended up facing 11 coyotes trying to attack the flock of sheep they were sharing the household with in Decatur, Georgia. Casper is a 20 month old Great Pyrenees. It is not clear what breed Daisy is.
In the end, Casper had killed 8 coyotes and chased he remaining three away He also suffered injuries severe enough that the vet treating him pined that he was lucky to be alive. But he is now recovering nicely, after showing that he is well capable of doing what his ancestors did for centuries for their humans. And he is just as worthy of our appreciation and admiration.
