I started DCity a bit ago, and formed a simple cycle.
- I purchased an Art Gallery and Park.
- This increased my popularity.
- I wait until I get an immigrants or homeless card.
- I put it up for sale for cheap.
- I go back to step three, as I wait for it to be sold.
What I might do differently:
- Look into training the newcomers
- Increase popularity even more by buying another Art Gallery
- Something else
I am still learning the game, and hopefully will get better at it.
