Microsoft is switching to Chromium engine for their next web browser. From today you can download beta version here: https://www.microsoftedgeinsider.com/en-us/
As Microsoft claims: Chromium-based Microsoft Edge is ready for everyday use. I haven't tried, at the moment Linux is not supported but who knows. Maybe in next release.
