Hello everybody! I am the creator of the account, BookishBliss. This post will be me introducing myself to the hive community.
The main reason why I set up this account is simply that I love to read, and I want to share my love for reading with others, as well as inspire others to read more.
Now, I'll move on to a bit of a self-introduction. I classify myself as a bibliophile, and my favourite genre is mystery, specifically cozy mysteries. I like mystery books that are a little fast-paced with minimal violence and more character development. I like non-fiction too, especially autobiographies. In my opinion, thriller is also not bad, but as I mentioned, I do not like anything too violent.
In this account, expect to see book reviews, interesting news worldwide, and some random things. I will try my best to post at least once a week, but since I can sometimes be busy with my personal life, I may not post so often. Hope you can understand!
I hope that, through this account, I can inspire you to read some books. As the world is evolving, fewer and fewer people read, especially the younger generations, as most will prefer watching videos and chatting with friends online over reading. Reading is, in my opinion, really underrated, as it can take you on exciting adventures and make you forget all your worries. Hopefully, you can support me on this journey, and together, share the enjoyment of reading with everyone!
