Musing.io currently have curators that upvote posts whenever those curators are online,there is no specific time when they upvote posts because they 

can upvote posts anytime they are available but i noticed that when the voting power of musing is 

below 82% they might not be forced to pause voting at that moment and wait for the voting power to rise at least to some extent before they start upvoting 

again and i believe that is a good idea...infact i think that musing.io should create a feature whereby 

there is a maximum number of upvotes they give daily so that it will create a healthy voting power balance.....
