On Monday, 10 sperm whales were stranded off the coast of Aceh.
Acehnese, authorities, along with fishermen and other volunteers sought to rescue them by moving them back to sea in various ways, including by motorboats.

"This is the type of fish that goes in groups and is also a loyal fish, so it is stranded in large quantities," said Nurmahdi, to Hidayatullah, a journalist in Aceh who reported to BBC Indonesia.
The case of stranded sperm whales in Aceh province is not the first time. The same thing happened at the end of 2016 ago.
